Although MRI has served in many other countries around the world, such as Honduras, Guatemala, Uganda, Cameroon, Kenya, Nicaragua, there are places that draw us back time and time again, as relationships have been established, and our desire to support local mission groups increases. MRI remains open to any place in the world that extends an invitation, that meets our vision criteria. The following are countries that MRI has an ongoing presence.
Each year, MRI takes a team to Haiti and serves the poorest people in the world with loving hands. If you would like to serve on a medical mission to Haiti, please fill out a Travel Profile, and you will be contacted.
The needs in the Philippines are great, whether it's working in the greater Manila areas, or in the remotest areas that are accessible by backpacking, MRI is committed to the beautiful people of this country. In 2017, 10 days were spent working with Global Surge in the outskirts of greater Manila, followed by 10 days on Cobrador Island, serving a community with absolutely no medical or dental services.

MRI has been invited to Greece to serve the refugees on Lesbos Island, and the gypsies in Athens. This will be the first time MRI has served in this country.
